It will have some sashing between when it's put together.
I learnt how to do the "Serpentine Stitch" which I like to use when quilting.

ReplyDeleteGreat stitching Maria, hope your new machine works out well for you ....
ReplyDeleteI don't know why I never thought to use the "word" feature on my Bernina to make quilt labels. Perfect idea. I am not good at labels. It is a bad thing. Perhaps someday I will go back and just make labels for all my quilts. I can get the info from my blog.
ReplyDeleteWhat pretty pink hearts--great job-and it looks like some 'gluing' got down--now how much glue did you get where you didn't want any???/ And nice greens--there is so many different shades of green that it is hard to know the actual names for the shades--

Well done on mastering your new machine. Lots of lovely green scrap sewing. Happy Mothers Day.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are mastering your new toy. I love the heart blocks. Very girly and nice to see you progressing with your EPP. Cheers Janice
ReplyDeleteOnline lessons must be a great way to learn to know your new machine! I had an exercise book for my Husqvarna when I bought it 10 years ago, and going through it really helped. - Forests are green in so many shades that every green fabric must be correct for the RSC!
ReplyDeleteLots of fun things to learn about your machine. I like the idea of online lessons.
ReplyDeleteFun projects ahead with your new machine, enjoy.
