Helping and FNSI sign up ...

Today I went into town to do my weekly shop and pop my blocks for Aussie Hero's in the post...

on my return I got into my old clobber to help Hubby on "The Block"
We live on 5 acres and over the years have planted about 80 different trees sew now it's time to trim some...

We filled three trailer loads and then decided to call it quits for the day as it was getting rather hot...Now I could have gone inside to do some housework or ask Hubby to take me to the beach for a swim ?
Guess which one I did ????

Before I close I'd like to remind you it's the third Friday of the month tomorrow and time to join Wendy for FNSI., do pop over HERE to sign up and join us for a fun time sewing together .

Must away to make a cuppa and watch "The Chase"

Happy stitching and stay safe...

Hugs  Maria ❤

Yes with this weather we are all still trimming our plants even this late in the season.
    See you at FNSI...xox

  4. Lovely to be outside in the sunshine. It is grey and overcast here today, A good day to stay indoors and sew.

  5. good job with the tree trimming.....

  6. I like your blocks. That's a lot of trimmings - it's great when the trees do well but it does mean lots of work at times!

  7. Your blocks look great! What kind of trees did you plant and what kind of trees were you cutting?
