FnwFs for June and BlooMerS Party

Last night I sewed along with Cheryll and friends for FnwFs  ( even though Cheryll and her hubby are enjoying a weekend away in the caravan ) and worked on putting the borders on my BlooMs for the BlooMerS ParTy  another of  Cheryll's SALs.....   It's great that you keep us on track, thanks Cheryll,,,,

Was pleased to have the White and Blue fabric  in my stash as I'm really trying not to buy any fabrics...Unless ofcourse I NEED them....... the flimsy measures  50" X 58" ..  Good Lap Size...Now to find a backing, sandwich and then quilt it......

Also finished the  "cable beanie"  I've been working on after LOTS of reverse knitting.....

Must away to see what others were busy doing for FnwFs,

Happy Stitching

Hugs  Maria  😊

  1. Your Bloom looks fantastic! I've been wondering about borders, too, although I still have one more block to make before I have to decide. Your white and then blue frames yours beautifully!

  10. Blue is a very good choice for the last border, an luckily you had it in your stash. Well done with the cable beanie, knitting it has meant a lot of twisting and turning with the stitches! (Can you guess I'm not a cable knitter?)
