Fun Weekend

sewing along with Cheryll for FnwFs and then Chooky for her "Chook Shed Party" . Thanks to the ladies I just sewed and sewed till I got my Splendid Sampler Blocks together.....

Wonder how long before I sandwich and then quilt it ??????

I also made some "Aussie Hero" Blocks

worked on "FernHill"

and did my homework for our Embroidery Workshop next weekend..

I will enjoy visiting others to see what they have worked on over the weekend after I do this :(

Happy Stitching

  9. Congratulations on the SS top finish! Your blocks are floating beautifully. The black (?) and yellow star blocks look powerful. Oven cleaning is in the top three of my least favourite chores.

  11. Oh your Splendid Sampler is exquisite! You will just love having it around you or on the bed forever. It's such a great quilt. (Well, once you have quilted it.) Ugh I hate cleaning the oven. It's on my list of things to do.
