After a rather busy week I have managed to finish two projects that are going OUT of the house. I am very pleased with my little Xmas wall hanging that was a freebie from the Gum Tree Designers. Also my tote bag which I have made as my Xmas gift for my Red Hatters Xmas lunch on Saturday.
When I went to check my mail this morning I was delighted to have a little card in my box which means I had something to collect from inside the post office. The lady handed me not one BUT two parcels. My absolutely gorgeous ornament/handmade card swap from Lynda.
Also the giveaway I won from Heidi for joining in her "Friday Night Sewing Night"
How fun to get two packages in the post!! I love both of them.
ReplyDeleteYour Christmas wallhanging is so lovely! I printed that design off as well in the hopes that I will get to it someday.
O, I LOVE your little wall-hanging! It gives me that "home is my sanctuary feeling " cause by a hand-created item when every stitch is sewn with love.
ReplyDeleteI bet your Red-hatters will be so pleased with their totes!
It was a pleasure to get something from the post office besides a bill! This is such an exciting time of year and being remembered by a friend is one of the greatest gifts !
Happy stitches to you and yours!
