started last year. Wanted to do a wavey line across the quilt but it went pear shape and now I need to do some reverse sewing.
Then I decided to make a calender holder I saw on Julia's Place .Was going to start it this afternoon BUT!!!
This is waht I have done so far. Still have a lot of stitching to do before it is finished. Hope to have it in the mail next week.
Ahhh shucks Maria ...don't ya just hate to un-sew!
ReplyDeleteI used to make calendar holders way back when too used pillow panels.Sold well at craft shows.
Hope you you get it done and mailed out as you plan!
Hugs,
Lola

Hi Maria -
ReplyDeleteI wanted to thank you so much for visiting my blog (sewing granny) . I absolutely love your blog and all the beautiful creative projects that you take on.
Years past I used to tease my DH that I wanted to live in Australia -so I could chase the kangaroos - ~smile~ and now after meeting some of the most wonderful ladies on the face of the world and discovering they all live in Australia! OOOO and the fact that you gals are facing "SPRING" while we just had our first snow here today! My stork definitely dropped me in the wrong spot at the wrong time! LOL What a wonderful world it is that we live in and have the opportunity to meet some talented people -makes me feel so blessed.
Hugs, Linda - the sewing granny
