FNSI finishes and “A Happy Birthday”

to our Darling Alexis who turned 2 today.  I make her a “Sesame Street Quilt” for her big bed…

These are the projects I worked on and finished for FNSI with my Southern Hemisphere friends.

 

 

 

and then last night I put together this" Aussie Hero" quilt top for FNSI with the folk in the Northern hemisphere.  Sew good to be able to stitch along for two nights.

Now I have this parcel ready to pop in a post pack and send of to my SSCS in the morning….

A Virus and OFW

My computer has been to the hospital with a virus, grrrrr, which is all fixed now. Yeh!!!!!!

I have a lot of catching up to do but as it is getting late will just show you what I have been doing for One Flower Wednesday.

Our Patch Group’s triennial Quilt Hanging will be held on 13th October 2013 sew all the members have been asked to help make a Raffle Quilt. Each centre will be made of different fabrics.

 

Won’t they look Fabulous when all the blocks go together. Great Prize!!!!!!

First Friday night with Friends.

It was just great to be in my cave and sew with everyone after doing this earlier…..

 

Was fun making a couple of blocks to add to others for a friend’s quilt…

 

 

Sitting and doing some secret stitching while watching a favourite show…

 

 

and afterwards quilting my Great Granddaughter's 2nd birthday quilt…
