I was surprised how long it took to make these four cosies which will be gifted ..
then I sorted through my box of kids fabric to find some light blues for this month RSC
found enough to make the center of the " I Spy " block but not any for the plain border....
guess it means a trip to Geraldton when I finally test negative.
Thank you Cheryll for another fun afternoon/evening of stitching . You can pop over HERE to see what others worked .
Happy stitching and stay well.
Hugs Maria ❤

ReplyDeleteHope that recover soon. At least you can lock youself away and sew without feeling guilty.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are not feeling too unwell - bummer ..... lovely sewing... the frankenbatting takes a bit of time but worthwhile for all those smaller projects.... and less wasteful of course...

The comment didn't list or post my blog " Lee Prairie Designs. Might be because I haven't posted on my blog for over 2 years. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I have not posted since then...still haven't but I still think about all of my friends like you sharing AR fun projects and families. God Bless you two, Carolyn
ReplyDeleteA speedy recovery for both you & your husband, nice projects in the works!

ReplyDeleteHow you getting over Covid and not been to stick....... Being a carer is hard work......
ReplyDeleteIn reference to the cozies and the unexpected time they take - isn't it interesting how we think we can get things done so much faster than reality says we can?
ReplyDeleteYour EPP project is still gorgeous!
I haven't been reading blogs lately, so missed this news until now. I hope you have both made a good recovery by now!
