FnwFs for June.

May has been a long month, nursing hubby after his surgery and then he got Covid testing positive for 12 days and now I have Covid .So being in isolation it was lovely to join Cheryll for FnwFs....

Made an early start by Frakenbatting for bowl cosies

I was surprised how long it took to make these four cosies which will be gifted ..

then I sorted through my box of kids fabric to find some light blues for this month RSC

found enough to make the center of the " I Spy " block but not any for the plain border....
guess it means a trip to Geraldton when I finally test negative.

In the evening I did some hand sewing on the La Passacaglia and finish this block

Thank you Cheryll for another fun afternoon/evening of stitching . You can pop over HERE to see what others worked .

Happy stitching and stay well.

Hugs  Maria ❤

  6. I hope you are not feeling too unwell - bummer ..... lovely sewing... the frankenbatting takes a bit of time but worthwhile for all those smaller projects.... and less wasteful of course...

  9. The comment didn't list or post my blog " Lee Prairie Designs. Might be because I haven't posted on my blog for over 2 years. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I have not posted since then...still haven't but I still think about all of my friends like you sharing AR fun projects and families. God Bless you two, Carolyn

  17. In reference to the cozies and the unexpected time they take - isn't it interesting how we think we can get things done so much faster than reality says we can?
Your EPP project is still gorgeous!
