Patchwork Birthday

Today we celebrated our "Patchwork Clubs" 26th birthday and sat outside at the front of Denison House. The Chapel is situated behind were we gather for our sewing days.

 



We all sang "Happy Birthday" and enjoyed yummy food and cake.... There was lots of show and tell but I only got a few good photos....







Esther's ( one of our eldest members) beautiful "Letters for my Daughter" 





A few weeks ago some of members attended a workshop to make these fabulous bags...

and Allison made this sweet Easter table runner using her much loved "Liberty" fabrics....


It was a lovely morning sunny and a big thank you to all who helped make the day special.

Must away and pop on the kettle

    What a great celebration. Beautiful quilt and the bags all look amazing. Must admit when I zoomed in on the bags I was very taken by the amazing door behind! Just my sort of thing. xx
