FNSI for June

After joining Wendy for FNSI I've been meaning to do this post for hours but I've got hooked on a good Audio Book and while listening sewing some hexies.....

but I've finally turned it off to show you what I worked on while joining others last Friday....

First I made the rest of the QAYG blocks for Jan Mac  for Oz Comfort Quilts . I had made 20 last weekend at retreat so needed another 15 as Jan uses 35 blocks to make a quilt and  about 7 mts of binding to join it...

done now and ready to post......
Then last night I joined the Northern Hemisphere ladies and put sashing on the first " Piggy " block  designed by Toni from Red Boot Quilt  Company  and then started listening to my audio book.

Thank you Wendy  for another fun weekend of sewing along ...

Will pop over to visit HERE in the next few days to see what others have done.....

Now must away and do some more listening and stitching before bed....

Stay safe and well,

Hugs  Maria ❤

And I have decided I am asking my kids for whatever equipment it takes to download and listen to audio books for Christmas this year--at least that's the plan!!!!

  7. i love your pig blocks. Super cute. The QAYG blocks always impress me when they’re sewn together. Audiobooks are the best invention ever! I love that you can accomplish two things at one time.
