Catching Up

Over the past week I've been catching up with Blocks...

First I stitched the last block for Jane's SAL, then joined them and added a border.....

I think it still needs nother border to make it a bit bigger....

Made a "Healing Heart " through "Scquilters"  to send to a lady who needs some cheer.

An applique Block to add to others ladies at Patch have made to make a Quilt for a lady in our community..

Blocks for "Aussie Heros"

and some banners to be added to quilts....

As it is "Days for Girls " meeting I also sewed some more shields...

Tomorrow I'll service my machine and hope to quilt my  No 2 UFO Sunday Stitchers challenge which I'll send to the ladies here and I'm sure I'll have a couple more I can send .
Would be great if some of my blogging friends could also send a quilt

I am thinking of the all the people who live in the fire areas. Please stay safe ......

Must away as it time to hit the sack...

Happy stitching

Hugs  Maria 😊

  2. Your SAL quilt looks great.... and all the blocks etc it has been a busy week. Lovely of you to do so much.. all great reasons to sew... Horrible fires and the temps are high so it doesn't look like relief for a while... sigh

  4. You did a great job catching up on all of your blocks - especially the blocks that will give comfort to others.

The fires are so terrifying and destructive.

  5. The black and white quilt is lovely. What a great finish, but I agree another, perhaps darker border would finish of beautifully.
You always have so much going on, I get tired catching up.
