FNSI for April.

Thank you Wendy for once again organising  FNSI . It's always nice to get ready to sew along with the ladies..  Look forward to seeing what everyone worked on over the weekend.

I got an early start and appliqued my " Spring Mandala " cushion designed by Toni Alexander from Red Boot Company

Toni is always very generous and this is a free download. You can get it HERE

During the week I cut out four placemats ready to make. I had seen an easy way to do mitered binding on Jo's Blog I wanted to try.. Does make binding easier...Thanks Jo .....

these will be donated to pop into a raffle basket to raise money for the "Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea"  to be held on May 11th 2018.

Oh ! earlier in the afternoon I hunted in my stash box and cut out the next lot of blocks for
   " My Small World"

but didn't have time to sew them.  May get round to them later but first I have some boring sewing to do. Take up Hubby's new pants so he can wear them on ANZAC DAY.....

Happy Stitching
