FnwFs and Saturday too !!!

When I was going through my B/W stash to make the Disappearing 9 Patch quilt I came across this bag of pre cut Tumbling Blocks..
Thought it would be a great project to sew them together and see what I could make while sewing along with the lovely Cheryll and 25 other ladies for FnwFs

At midnight it was time to stop sewing and organise my supplies for our Christmas workshop the next day (Saturday).

After dinner yesterday I decided to sew along with my Northern Hemisphere friends and finish the Tumbler project...
This is what was made from the blocks,  a Table Runner, three place mats and five coasters..

Thanks again Cheryll for not one but two great nights sewing along with you and friends...

Here is a sneak peek of our Christmas Workshop...

Will do a long post with lots of photos to show you what we made at the Mystery Christmas Workshop. Was sew much fun...

Happy Stitching ..

Hugz  Maria :)

  1. Nice work with the black and white fabrics--and I can't wait to see what the elves were up to in the Christmas work shop!!!
I really thought I had made a nice 'dent' in my ufo pile--as at least 5 tops got finished and basted--but when I was unpacking the bags of quilts (from bagging everything us for the hurricane) I think that ufo pile grew--the box is full again for some reason--darn!!
    enjoy the moments, di
