This and That plus One Flower Wednesday

After my DD2 and family go home I like to keep busy so I went out on the block and mowed and mowed.

I just cannot seem to get a nice straight line like my blogging friend Cat. LOL

There was a nice parcel for me at the post office but I have to put my gifts away into my Santa Sack Sad smile. I did shake rattle and feel them before I popped them in.

One of my blogging friends asked me could I show all the flowers I have made so far. Sew I emptied my tin and spread them on the lawn.

Maybe I need to make stepping stones and start  joining some together.

    Wish I had property! I love cutting it with a riding mower.

    I love the rooster flower, Sew sew sew cute! I will guess that there are 87 flowers altogether. Am I close?

    Your hexie quilt is going to be such a fun and colourful quilt once it's finished.

    I couldn't begin to guess how many there were, so I counted. And if I counted correctly, you have 87 flowers. WOW... that's a lot of hexies.

    mowing seems to be good empty house therapy... I do a big house clean on those occasions!! love you new hexie... I think you will need a bigger tin soon though!! They look impressive spread out... lots

    sew . . . tell me - do you hand stitch all these hexies together?
    LOVE them all together and yes time to start the stepping stone.

    Don't tell my husband you mow the lawn. When we got married I told him "I don't mow lawns" and I never have! lol All those hexagons are looking great. Love your new chicken one and the little statue. Hugs, Christine

    Your quilt is going to be like an I spy hexie flower garden.
