Four Flowers this Wednesday


Even though I have been busy with secret swaps and outings I was able to stitch four flowers this week.

    Love the Aussie thong fabric. Love the way you fussy cut them. I also have the fabric you used in the purple flower. I've been using it for clamshells. Hugs,

    Pretty flowers! Cute flip-flops (my daughter corrects me if I call them thongs!)they remind me of summer as the trees lose their leaves......

    Like the other commenters (is that a word?) I also loved the thongs fabric...so delightfully quirky! I've ordered some 'Busytown' (Richard Scarry children's books)to start my own collection of 'quirky and cute'...lol

    This quilt, once it's finished, is just going to be so much fun. It will be a unique I-spy type quilt for sure. That flip-flop one just makes me smile.

    Pretty flowers, and the thong hexie is cute. You can probably tell the posters ages by what they call them, thongs or flip flops ( I'm in my 50's)
