FNSI

Last night I worked on two small projects.

003

the first was my BOM from Lynette Anderson. It seemed like a long time since I just sat and stitched.

005

Then I sewed the 3” Ohio Stars to go on top BUT they are too big. My turned out 31/2” so now I have to make another set. Grrrrrr!!

After making the Cotton Reel Wall Hanging a few weeks ago I decided to make mini a version. It is only 11” X 14”.

I love the border fabric.

Now I am off to post on Flickr and see what my other Aussie mates have been up to.

  3. O Maria, I love your mini Cotton Reel Wall Hanging! That would certainly be lovely to have two of them to turn into pillows.Everybody would know that a fiber artist lives at your house - or - even smaller for potholders for the kitchen.WELLLLLLL - you are so talented -why not spread it around your house???? : )

Of course the other piece is lovely too! Thank you so much for sharing-you are so gifted. : )

  25. The mini spools hanging is lovely. Frustrating when blocks don't fit, isn't it. I had to do some unsewing on Friday night too. I think I was just tired after a long week. Love the colours/fabrics you are using in the BOM by the way.
