This and that.


It has been a cold windy day today. So after my walk I spent most of the day inside.

Finished this tote.  015


Chatted on the phone. Sat and did lots of blog hopping.
Several ladies had been baking so decided that was a good way to warm the place a little so made these for DH.

My DD2 sent this photo of my GD2. Stitching on the machine that was given to me for my 21st which I have now passed on to her.

It will be nice if she has as much pleasure sewing on the Bernina as I did.



Last Saturday it was our Red Hatters monthly luncheon. thought I would share a few photos of the day.

  5. That is so good to see your grandie sewing... it seems most young people don't do these skills anymore... my girls are wonderful sewers but don't do any since they have left home... I bet it was cold your way as it was here xxx

    Your GD looks so intent on the sewing machine. I see many happy sewing days ahead for her.
