On the way home a cray boat was being taken to dry dock.
I did not realise how big
they are.
DH and I went to town this afternoon and I just had to get some of these.
I needed the whites and cotton. The others because I love them.
Lovely spots,stripes and panels.
They will make great kids and charity quilts.
When checking the mail I found this.
and I received THREE
squishes.
My lovely Swap
Block from Leona USA.
Beautiful Mug Rugs from Jacqueline all the way from The Netherlands.
How cute is that OWL!!
My DD2 sent the scissors and unpics to pop into the sewing kits for the Qld Flood folk.
Thank you to the ladies for my great parcels. Love them all.
Sorry about the big spaces but this post had a mind of it's own???

The water looks much cleaner now - good for a bob.

I can understand why you couldn't leave the fabrics behind in the shop. I too bought some of the beach hut fabric when we visited Braidwood a couple of years ago. No idea what I'll do with it, but I just HAD to have some. I love the bird fabric too. Don't you just love mail like that. So much better than window faced envelopes.
ReplyDeleteLot's of great goodies! What is that birdie fabric? Love it. Hope you were thinking of me and my snow while you were bobbing.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun packages you got in the mail!
ReplyDeleteAnd I do envy you living close enough to the water to go swimming in the morning. How I do miss the sound of the surf and the feel of sand between my toes.
Lovely and that lobster boat was filling up the whole road.
ReplyDeleteFabulous presents and how wonderful to be near the water.
ReplyDeleteOooooo, those fabrics sure are nice, Maria!! Bless your daughter, what a sweetheart - like her mum! :-)
