Giving and Receiving.

A friend of my will become a GREAT GRANNY next month.
I thought it would be nice to make a little quilt. She is going  to
visit the family in NZ and will be meeting the new addition.

I went into my box of "Cobblestone Blocks" collected when in
a swap last year. So only had to stitch them together and put on
the borders and bind it.

Another finish too!!

Yesterday I was pleased to pick up a parcel with my mail
Look at my beautiful little "Fall Swap" quilt I recieved from Joy.

  7. You can't go by those cobblestones to make some nice quilts. I too have made a few; blue, green, blue & yellow and then brights. I'm guessing you did the swap through Scquilters? Lovely quilts Maria.

  8. They look great together. I still have your blocks alone, I have to sew a couple more (one of my projects for this year)
