Catching up..

After finishing all the Socialite Blocks  I was left with a bag of  HST of cuts.

Was sad with so much waste SO I sewed some together . They turned into tiny HSTs

Which I made into a small Moda Love Block measuring 71/2" .

I've also been doing some slow hand stitching on my Laundry Basket quilt.

and was pleased to also sandwich and pin "Who's at the Zoo"
Wonder when I'll get round to doing the quilting because I have had one pinned now since January 2022 . 😉

Well I must away now and go to bed....

Happy Stitching

FNSI plus for April.

I was happy to join Wendy last night for FNSI there was some mending , unpicking and resewing to do...

FIRST I had to mend Hubby's favorite Flag Quilt.

When I put the 20 Sewcialite blocks up on the design board I realised three had parts sewn the wrong way . They needed to be unpicked and re sewn.

This was the last one and then off to bed.

Saturday.

Today was a busy day having morning coffee with my dear friend and then off to Croquet in the afternoon , dinner and  dishes

but this evening I wanted to get the last four blocks of the Sew-A-Long done and I was really annoyed when I realised what I'd done AGAIN

more unpicking and re sewing
I was determined to do the last four blocks  so I could post them.

Finally ...........

Thank you Wendy for getting us together for another great night.

Look forward to seeing what others did tomorrow HERE

I must away and go to bed....

Happy Stitching ,
