Which I made into a small Moda Love Block measuring 71/2" .
and was pleased to also sandwich and pin "Who's at the Zoo"
Wonder when I'll get round to doing the quilting because I have had one pinned now since January 2022 . 😉
Well I must away now and go to bed....
Happy Stitching
Hugs Maria ❤
Love the block you made from the little HST's--I have some bags of those from different projects!! And slow stitching project is looking delightful and watch out for those Zoo animals--keep them caged up--how sweet they are!!

First comment disappeared so I'm trying again. I dont have the patience with such tiny pieces so would put them in the rubbish bin! Love the look of your zoo quilt.
ReplyDeletegood use of the left overs........hmmm do the pins rust where you are? Are they ok left in a quilt?
ReplyDeleteLove the Moda love quilt, it's so cute.
ReplyDeleteLove your mini moda love. You have been busy.
ReplyDeleteLove your mini mini Moda Love Quilt...perfect for those leftover triangles...
ReplyDeleteYour mini is just gorgeous... and I love that all those pieces were not wasted.... I have some random HST's around and that would be a great way to use them. love the look of the applique... it looks like you are doing it over quilted piece... looks so effective.... haha... you will quilt when you run out of pins... (or maybe you just send off for another box)

Great way to use the HST. Laundry basket looks lovely in the blues. I think Fiona could be right "you will quilt when you run out of pins...:"
ReplyDeleteNice use of all those leftover bits - I hate waste too and have a box full somewhere that I need to do something with! Love your Laundry Basket blues. xx
ReplyDeleteFinding use for the leftover triangles is always a pleasure, and yours ended up to make a very pretty block. The Laundry Basket quilt looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteJust catching up on blog reading, you have managed to work on lots of projects, such a cut little Moda Love block, well done.
ReplyDeleteWell done on working with all those tiny HSTs.
ReplyDeleteYour Moda Love block is so pretty! :0)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to make your Moda Love version. It turned out really well. I can't wait to see your Laundry Basket quilt finished. You are so much better than me by attempting the applique border. It will be beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to use up your scraps, it made a pretty block! Good luck with getting the others stitched! Hugs Christine xx

ReplyDeletelovely seeing your blue Laundry basket quilt.
Cant wait to see your who's who quilt finished. I am up to the snake and need to prep some more blocks. The triangles on the snake have stalled me a bit lol
That is a beautiful love block. Your hand stitched piece is really going to be gorgeous. I’m so looking forward to seeing the zoo quilt.
