Week One of the Family Visit.

While my DD2 and GD have been here this week the temp has been  around the 40 deg Celsius. We have been here twice a day.
Mornings for kids swimming lessons.
  We hop in to keep cool while waiting. Then in the afternoon we all go for a swim again.

During the day we have keep busy playing board games. 







DD2 brought along many UFO’s and has been really
good and completed this “Rashie”
 
 


I just love this bag.
 Wonder if I can hide it so it stays here when she goes home. LOL

Fun Filled Days.

The last few days have been busy and fun.
Each morning I go for a walk along the beach to the point after wards I go for a dip. It makes for a great start to my day.

Friday I managed to finish my three smallest UFO projects.
 
But not without a  hiccup!!
Stitched the two placemats together.Grrrrr! Don’t you hate that!!


Received a lovely belated Christmas gift from Sunny.

Saturday I met my Red Hatter Friends here for
lunch. Afterwards we went to one of our members  wedding.

I was disappointed that I forgot my camera. May get some photos later to post from folk who were there snapping.

Sundays our small group that bob go for breakfast.It was just gorgeous sitting under the tree enjoying our meal and good company.

Now I am sitting here in the cool( it is nearly 40 deg Celsius outside) doing this post and waiting for my DD2 and GC to arrive from Perth. Luckily their car has Air Con.

I am also signing up with Peg and Kris at  OPAM at the end of the month.



       A secret I can only show you later but it is important I get it done soon.

We had a lovely Christmas Day. I was very spoilt by all my family and friends.
