This and that !

When going through my stash cupboard I found some FQs so decided to make a baby quilt out of them.

The colour hasn’t shown up well at all on the photo I took outside so will add the one I took while quilting  to show the true colours

I’ve also made all the hexies for the pouch and pinned them ready to sew.

And completed the leaves for April on my Temperature Tree.

Angela has chosen  GREEN for the RSC this  month so I found some to use.

I traced and appliquéd both fish ,then started to buttonhole stitch only to find I’d picked up both and was sewing them together.. Grrrrr! So had some unpicking to do…..

Done ✔️

And the HST blocks also done….

Now I’m waiting to see what No Deana picks for May’s Chookshed Challenge .

If you’ve stayed to the end thank you.

Must away ,make a cuppa and watch “Tipping Point.”

Happy stitching 🧵

Hugs. Maria 💖

  1. You are well ahead for May with your RSC blocks. I’m glad I’m not the only silly duffer to stitch through two blocks. Your fish collection is growing nicely. Still not a lot of variation in your leaves. I do hope that changes soon for you. I like your dilly bag. I’m thinking I’d like to make something similar soon.

  3. Good work getting your April CHOOKSHED Challenge done. It’s not even May yet and you have your RSC done in green. Well done. Now to wait for April’s #. Your hexy bag will come together in no time. The leaves on your tree will start changing colour soon. Keep up the good work.
