Firstly I would like to apologise to all the lovely ladies who commented on my last post that I didn't answer. For some reason Blogger didn't send the comments through to my email. 😢 Hope it is fixed now.
Again the weeks have flown by and it is time to join Wendy
I did the quilting on one of last years RSC
Because I started early I got it completely quilted even though I changed threads for each colour.
You can see the quilting better at the back...
Thank you Wendy
for once again organising us for FNSI
Will enjoy catching up with others over the weekend to see what they made HERE
Must away and find a binding to suit the quilt.
HUGS Maria ❤
That's a lot of work, changing the thread colour for each block. Is that called a half log cabin?ReplyDelete
The RSC quilt looks wonderful Maria. I like the pattern you quilted it with too...xoxReplyDelete

what a great job for the quilting - I can do straight liens - using a walking foot . . but have just had a go at ruler work . . . .I need a lot of practice!ReplyDelete
The orange peel quilting is really effective for that quilt, without taking away from the pattern.ReplyDelete
