First I made and posted my Aussie Hero Blocks .
and I am pleased to have done the last of the Row by Rows for Patch......
The lady requested "Christmas"Last Saturday four Patch ladies went to the club rooms and together made this donation flimsy
It had been pre-cut and with one lady pinning , two of us on a machine and an ironing lady it went together quickly and it was done in less than four hours.....
Visit HERE and join in the fun.
By sewing along with Wendy and friends I always seem to get something done....
Must away and pop on the kettle.
Stay safe and well,
Hugs Maria ❤
Amazing amount of work done for this blog post! The Christmas bauble row is beautiful, and your RSC quilt top will make a lovely quilt. The flimsy you and your friends made together is very fresh and has such great shades combined.
ReplyDeleteLove the Christmas balls strip--are they appliqued on ???
ReplyDeleteLots of pretty projects for you to be working on in this new year--
we must keep ourselves busy and creative--
is your 'kettle' on for tea or coffee?? what favor??
hugs, di
You have loads of wonderful things happening, as always. That blue donor quilt is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYou have had a very productive time indeed, well done. The donation quilt top turned out well, many hands make light work.

Lovely projects on the go... and almost a finish. See you tonight...xox
ReplyDeleteLove the Christmas row. Great team work on the donation quilt. Nice work on your RSC quilt. See you tonight as we sew along on our various projects.
ReplyDeleteThe Christmas balls are so cute. Your Aussie stars are great too. I love the group quilt that you guys did. That's a nice pattern and those colorful squares are fabulous too. You have so many fun projects happening there.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your energy! And it's a million degrees there!! I've been staying in because of snow and ice and Covid. You do so much with friends and fellow quilters. Most of my friends are not very charity-minded, and we seldom do group projects. You're very lucky!! And oh so talented.
ReplyDeleteMany hands my light work so rhey say and the flimsy is proof of that....well done. I was going to join the FNSI but then forgot..... silly me.
