FNSI and WOOFA

A huge thank to the lovely Wendy  for organising our FNSI even though her hubby has been unwell. Thankfully he's on the road to recovery Wendy...

I got an early start in the Cave and decided to work on the next block for Urban Owls , which is my WOOFA  challenge with Cheryll....

The block is foundation pieced and in six sections...

It took me all afternoon to do the first  piece as I kept having too unpick...

But in the evening I did the next one which seamed to go together easier...

That's two down four to go...

Must away now and go to bed, it's 12.40am ... Have a busy day today, swimming , drop in for a Zoom meeting and then my Saturday lunch with my friend...

Happy stitching and stay safe.

Hugs  Maria ❤

  1. Foundation piecing does my head in at times. Great result and worth the unpicking. Hope to see you later on today via the screen.

  20. Nice job! I have never mastered paper piecing. I can't handle backwards and upside down all at the same time. But I have plenty of other things to keep me busy. Stay out of trouble!!
