This quilt was my No 8 UFO challenge for "Sunday Stitchers " is made out of my scrap box and I also joined lots of bits of bindings left over from other quilts to bind it....
Was delighted to have picked up my Lynette Anderson's "Seaside Town " from the quilters sew on the binding and have it finished and hung on our wall this month....
there were a few 1 1/2" squares left and as it was one of swimmers birthday and who is also a Patch lady I made her these.

and front. Small Pincushion and Needle Case to pop in her bag for hand sewing.
and the "PINK " quilt . It is not one of my favorite but I'm sure it will be loved by someone.......

She is now sewn together and stuffed
Must away now and get her clothes made.......

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh you have done lots of big finishes this month. love the piñata quilt... scrap quilts are just lovely. YOur Seaside town one is just lovely too... are you hanging it up in the house? and I love how you have used up the little scraps.... I mioght have to copy that idea. The pink quilt is very cheerful - I don't remember this one in the making.... Kira is coming along well... and looks like a Koala now...
