ReplyDeleteBeautiful blocks Maria and I love the colours you're using in your Natures Journey quilt.
ReplyDeleteyour squirrel block made me smile! great stitching friend!
ReplyDeleteSaturday's are never very crafty. It's grocery shopping day, my least favorite job. A 40 minute ride one way, by the time all is said and done, I never have any creative energies! But tomorrow is another day! Your blocks look great! XO
ReplyDeleteLove your SS blocks. Hugs,xx
ReplyDeleteYour SS blocks are coming along nicely
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel is so cute
Can't wait to see your Nature's Journey all finished. I'm the worst for thinking up ways to quilt something, sorry. I'm sitting here in the A/C sweating, and in your pic at Patches, you're all bundled up for cold weather. LOL!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a fun day at Patch. I am so enjoying your blocks. They are going to make such a great quilt. The quilting on Nature's Journey looks good so far.
ReplyDeleteLol...I was having a good look at your group of women to see if they
ReplyDeletewere the same naughty ones you were with when I came to visit you. I
don't recognize any of them...must be a new group of 'funnies' you hang
around with. lol Looks like fun.
Cant help I'm going to hand sew my Natures Journey, love your little squirrel block!
ReplyDeleteA busy day and night. Lovely work.
ReplyDeleteYour SS blocks are looking great Maria, good on you for keeping up! How exciting to be quilting Natures Journey.... it sounds like you made some good progress - I find deciding what to quilt is the hardest part of the process!
ReplyDeleteLove the squirrel block so cute !
ReplyDeleteLove the squirrel block, I saw lots of squirrels in the states, very cute.
ReplyDeleteThe Pinjarra girls are a lovely group.
Great progress on your quilt - sorry I cant help with ideas...but you could go to the blog and see what you can see on the finished ones...just for ideas...
ReplyDeleteWhat a great weekend. Hope you come up with some inspiration for your quilting.
ReplyDeleteLove your splendid sampler squirrel
ReplyDeleteLove your splendid sampler blocks. Looks like you have been very busy with all those projects. Good luck with your quilting project
ReplyDeleteCute squirrel, how clever of you to give him acorns instead of the flower. For the quilting, my least favourite instruction is "quilt as desired"! I would desire something more complicated than my skills allow.
