  2. I'm not sure who's more clever - you or dd? I'm glad you bought a new toy to brighten your spirits. How was the rest of the trip? You've been on my mind so much the past week. Big Hugs!

  9. A good head start on your postage stamp quilt then :-) I bought a Janome a few years ago because my old Elna was too heavy to lug to classes etc. (I have kept elna though because I love her!)

  15. Love your new little baby - just right for taking along on your outings. I have a little Janome for that purpose also - its a good idea and saves the bigger machines being knocked around. Your UFO postage stamp makes a good start for your challenge.

  18. I would love a new toy that is easy to carry! Not going to happen any time soon - but that's okay I love my sewing machine. The postage stamp quilt is a cutie. Now you'll have to work on it a bit and maybe finish it. :-)

  23. The tin is great. Not quite big enough for all the squares you have. You certainly have a good head start. Your new sewing machine is lovely. It is always fun to get a new machine. I have agonised over the cute little cross stitch sampler but really have to be sensible. I just can't give it enough time. Your blocks are looking good though.
    Cheers,
    Val
