I  had seen a few of the rows on blogs sew ordered the book a longgggggggggggggg time ago. Had forgotten about it sew was a lovely surprise when it arrived…..

For FNSI this Week

I make these for one of our Bobbing lady’s BD.



We will be going to the cafe on Monday morning for brekkie to celebrate sew I am pleased to have a useful handmade gift to give her. 

Also worked on a secret swap project that just needs the binding sewn down and a label. I can pop it in the post Monday….


My heart goes out to all the folk over East affected by the fires..

Quilts…Part 3

Actually I was surprised how few photos I took as we displayed over 200  beautiful quilts, wall hangings, bags and small items. , congratulations Ladies….









Some of the Wall Hangings on the rail were from a Challenge “Under the Microscope”





Helen’s DD made this quilt by dying lots of fabric's.It is of some of the places they have visited together. the photo doesn’t do it justice.

and at the end of the day everything was packed up in no time




and when I went to Zumba on Tues it was as if we had never been there at all..

it was tiring work for little Chloe who fell asleep on the Rocking horse so her Mum popped her in the dolls cot….


We also had about 30 Stalls selling lots of goodies…





Our Kitchen helpers had the most gorgeous aprons made by the lovely Sadie.






and there was no shortage of delicious food…

On Saturday we all turned up at the Rec Centre with our vehicles loaded ready to set up for the hanging…..
