Getting There…..

I thought I would only need to put one undercoat on these ugly green walls (which I loved over 10 years ago) BUT I was wrong………

then when I returned I put on the painting clothes and keep painting until the second undercoat was done…

Ready to put the final coat on after brekky with my swimming ladies tomorrow.

It’s nice to still catch up on Sundays at the cafe in the winter…

received some very nice parcels in the mail on Friday so will sit down and read the new pattern book after my shower. Maybe just fondle the new fabrics and think about what I could use them for………

  11. You're doing a great job with the painting! And it sounds like you have plenty of fun activities to do during your breaks. When you're done, I have a couple of rooms that need painting, so come on over.

  16. Amazing how those old paint colours shine through the new paint-- we had the same problem with a very golden yellow on our daughter's wall! Parcels in the mail are always nice - I particularly like the idea of fondling the new fabric :-)
