Today some of the ladies from
The Patch went along to a "Free Motion Quilting" workshop.
Lesley Finch from Finishes Nest was coming along to teach use a few tricks.
We needed to draw up and pin three 1mt X 1mt quilts for homework.
Lesley explaining how we can do lovely borders with free motion quilting.
Gather around ladies while I demonstrate how to draw up with templates.
I had a great day and learnt a lot. Especially that I need lots of practise.
What a fun day you had! Carolyn
