Making heaps of flying geese blocks for a border on the Down Under Quilt , ✅
Went through my blues to mend hubby’s Aussie Flag quilt. ✅
I got out my bag of left over bindings as I decided to use them for my Wonderers Wife . As it is a real scrappy quilt thought a scrappy binding to be perfect.
Happy with the finish ✅
And now I’ve started another squirrel 🐿️ project… hope to finish soon and show . I will also be working on the Down Under Quilt and the last project for Chookshed Challenge #1 . Quilt hubby’s quilt.
Thank you for visiting and reading my long post.
Must away now and make a cuppa.
Happy stitching
Hugs. Maria 💖

ReplyDeleteWanderers Wife looks fantastic . . .love the coloured strips at the bottom..well done you!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on those finishes! Love your Wanderers Wife quilt. I have one of those in a bag that I never worked on because even though I bought the book, I can't figure out if the instructions in the book are for the finished size block on the unfinished size. I need to revisit that some day as a 2026 goal. Great use for those scrappy binding pieces.
ReplyDeleteOh, how fantastic...
