REALLY the third Friday of Aug already ????? Where oh where have the days gone but one nice thing is it's time to sit and stitch with the lovely Wendy for FNSI .
First I sewed the backing for the Trail Mix together and then I decided to start on my next scrappy project " Fabric Fusion"...
I've cut and saved the blocks for a longgggg time and as you can see counted as I went along until I finally had all the bits required...
First I cut the 1" strips ready to sew onto the 2" X 3 1/2" pieces
after pressing I pinned the 5 1/2" X 3 1/2" together ready to sew.
Then it was time to make a cuppa and get some hand sewing out as one of my favorite movies was on "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel"
I sat and stitched one of the free Christmas blocks from " Love and Hugs " on Facebook.
Busy busy busy.....that's who you are! Ok then I put the best exotic Marigold Hotel on my watchlist so I can go check it out! And, I almost always have to go Google something after reading one of your posts so I checked out Fabric Fusion and that definitely looks like a scrap buster.....you go girl!
