The Week that was...An Outing, Mail and a Finish....

A bit of a mixed bag this week with an outing to the Expo with Hubby....

there was lots of HUGE farming equipment

  as well as smaller ones....

Not really my thing but it was a glorious winter's day sew I enjoyed being out and about instead sitting in the Cave sewing...

There was some lovely mail with Linda's beautifully gold quilted postcard arriving...

Some more SS Blocks......

and Taaa Dahhhh!!!!!!!    I have finished Nature's Journey  SAL with Chooky and Susan

Now it's ready to be hung in our Triennial Hanging in October...

Have a wonderful week...

  5. Your Nature's Journey is so beautiful, lovely colours too. The Splendid blocks look fresh in the bright colours, and once again you made the Bee your own way. Well done! As for the winter pictures, they look like the best summer for me. Our winter is white, grey and black ;o) !

  7. Wow! Nature's Journey is finished with time to spare! What a pretty postcard from Linda. And yes, some days are just best spent outdoors, even if it means looking at farm equipment. It's too hot to go outdoors here for a few days.
