First FnwFs for 2016

I decided to start the year off by working on my old UFOs... sew for FnwFs organised by Cheryll I worked on my "Postage Stamp" which I started in 2011....

There was lots of cutting

        Sewing them together

cutting them up

ready to sew into the Postage Stamp Blocks....

Yeh, thats five, another 10 to go......

It is a repetitive ,boring job ( I know why I have put it aside before) sew I decided to do some fun sewing.

One of my lovely older bobbing friends is having a birthday soon and I like to make useful gifts.
I made these for Helen.....

Such fun to sew and now I am ready to attack more Postage Stamp sewing tonight with my Northern Hemisphere friends....

Thank you Cheryll for pushing us all along again this year... Will be visiting others HERE over the next few days...

Happy Stitching
