Before posting my last finishes I would like to thank PEG from Happy in Quilting and KRIS from Tag-a-Long Teddies for running OPAM.
I joined the ladies in 2010 for the first time because the Patchwork Group I belong to was having our Hanging. It is held every three years and I thought it was a good way to get myself organised and finish my projects… I can’t believe that three years have flown by and that on October 13th 2013 we will be holding our Hanging again.
Sew Peg and Kris I hope you will be having OPAM again sew I can get organised for this Years hanging…
Now I'll post my finishes…
1. SSCS gift for Diane Swap run by Chooky.
2. Sandra’s Christmas Mini
3&4. Two Quilts of Love…
5. Linda’s Christmas Wall hanging
6. little Christmas Tree for my Zumba friend Kerry…
7. Jungle Quilt you can see HERE
Wishing you all a Happy New Year.

Keeping cool, more goodies and an Orphan…
For the past few days it has been extremely HOT sew it’s been lovely to go boobing with my friends..
It was very overcast this morning but still HOT and Humid.
Yesterday there was another squishy in the mail. It seems Australia post decided it had to be checked before delivery. Not sure what they thought would be in my parcel but I was very happy with it’s beautiful contents….
Gorgeous Tea towels and wash cloth. Thank you sew much Ellyn..
Over the past few days I have been finishing this little quilt
As the recipient no longer wants it, it has become an orphan… I think I will set up an E-bay Account and try and sell some of my unwanted quilts and fabrics !!!!!! I seam to have quiet a few of both !!!!!!!

Christmas Angel Swap and SSCS Swap
This year I participated in two Christmas Swaps. The first was "Christmas Angel Swap" organised by Karen. It is not a secret swap and my partner was June (no blog).
These are the beautiful gifts I received from June and opened Christmas Morning…
A HUGE Stocking, Candle mat, Mini Wall hanging, a framed stitchery, Christmas postcard, tag and ornament all made by June . As well a little reindeer bowl, lovely fabrics, pattern, ribbons, red shiny bells, the cutest tiny buttons and some Rusty bells that I have always wanted…
Hmmmm !!!! there is something missing ???? The “Liquorice All Sorts”.. Couldn’t wait to open this one and we ate them all before Christmas… Yummmm……………….
Second Swap was "SSCS" organised by Chooky. This was a secret swap and my partner was Diane who lived in the UK. For the swap we make a christmas Ornament ,which can be opened when it arrives, and a gift to put under the tree for Christmas Morning.
Of course it was fun waiting to see who my partner was and where they lived sew when a parcel arrived from Miche'le of Hoki Quilts NZ. I knew Miche’le was my secret partner.
Look at my gorgeous Little Cross Stitched Stocking I received…
Miche’le must have been stalking my blog and knew I was a Red Hatter as she made this lovely Red Hatters Sewing Kit.. Love the tiny Red Hat on the zip. She popped goodies in each pocket and also sent
A Beautiful Quilting Calender, tread de-fluffer and a NZ Quilting mag..
A HUGE thank you to June and Miche’le for making my Christmas morning sew much fun. And to both Swap Mum's Karen and Chooky....
It was over 40 deg Celsius here Christmas Day sew DH, Lacy and I spent the day here..
