September OPAM

September!!!!!  Where did that month go ????  I  just blinked and now it is October tomorrow.. For this months OPAMs organised by the lovely Peg and Kris.






I managed to finish one UFO.                      The Fence and Rail Quilt..                                                     Opps !  just realised it is upside down..






Cross Stiched the last few blocks for the  "Quilty Stitches Sampler" kindly shared by Corey .You can still pop over HERE to get the blocks… Now I need to find the right frame for it.

Sent and Received

Some time ago I sent my “Summertime Mini” to O’Faigh and she has received it so I can now show you what I made her….
To me “Summertime” time means the beach and bright happy colours…

this is the mini I made for O’Faigh

        



and I was delighted when I received this gorgeous Bright colourful Mini from Cathy,  thank you sew much… I love it.






It is always fabulous to make and receive these small hangings. Big thanks to Swap mum Cheryll for always organising them for us through the year…

For FNSI

I wanted to get this quilted





but after an hour or so wanted to give it away sew I sat and watched a movie knitted..

Ready to Post and FNSI

Every few months Sheila invites us to join her in making Post Cards to swap. I just love making and receiving them…
Sheila chose “Autumn” for this swaps theme . As Autumn Down Under never chases much I thought I would do what I think Autumn is in the US.

Have Been Keeping Busy

putting all the “dotty” HST together into a flimsy…….





have pinned it and passed it on to the next member of our Patch group to quilt. This will be a Raffle quilt.. Love it.

lots of cutting on FnwFs

For FnwFs I spent hours cutting up the fabrics I showed you in the previous, 










stitched many HST ready to make into a flimsy,







and managed to put together four "Charming Squares Stars" for Terry's SAL.






before I guess I was just too tired and things went wrong sew off to bed….





A big thank you to Cheryll for getting us together again for FnwFs. I am off now to visit some of the other 51 ladies to see what they have made.
