And my Orange Fish all have eyes…..
Aussie Hero Blocks.
Also I’ve finally tackled “ Horrible Horis “ and re-potted him… He has the nastiest barbs.
And I also fell down a rabbit hole and decided I needed a new hand sewing project . A Hexie Caddy.
Once I started I just keep working on it each day . Not sure if it needs a lid or I will use it to put and my bits in next to my chair??
Oh and I did finally re thread that pesky overlocked and it’s sewing beautifully.
That’s all for now and
I must away to watch Tipping Point.
Happy Stitching
Hugs. Maria 💖
Lovely blocks & bowl cosies. Glad you got your overlocker sorted out.
ReplyDeleteLots of bits and bobs. I still haven’t finished the eyes on my tiny fish. I love the hexy caddy. Should be useful. Horrible Horace looks to be quite a size. I don’t envy you the repotting task.
ReplyDeleteHappy your overlocker is sewing good. Lovely work
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy as usual, and I love those fish blocks. I hope Horrible Horris was kind to you as you repotted him into a better accomodation. Or did he remain horrible and prick your poor fingers?
ReplyDeleteYour fishies and other orange blocks look great. Nice bowls and the hexie caddy looks useful too. xx
ReplyDeleteLovely projects and I adore those fish.
ReplyDeleteHorris looks happy now.
Well done you for tackling your spiky friend. Lovely to see your fishies are done. Hmm, great minds.....I've been looking at hexie bowls and boxes too.
ReplyDeleteA busy day in the sewing room.... I use the kitchen tongs when repotting a prickly fella....

Love your fishes. This is definitely the time of year for using bowl cosies. Threading an overlocker is a nightmare. I have to stop and start you-tube whenever I have to rethread the green channel.
ReplyDeleteThats a very thorny cactus
ReplyDeleteSo, you still need a hand sewing project?? LOL
Some very interesting projects going on. That bowl is quite intriguing and looks great. How brave are you for repotting such a prickly plant. Good job!
