FNSI + Saturday

For FNSI with Wendy  I managed to get the binding done on my Layered Cake quilt

and finish the stitchery on the front of the Scissors keep

as well as the inside and sew the two pieces together.

Then today I fitted the zipper, that's something I am not good at or enjoy.

but it's done..

and I am happy with my flash Lynette Anderson's Scissors Keep....

Thanks Wendy for another weekend of sewing along with you and the other ladies.. Will enjoy visiting others HERE over the next few days...

Happy Stitching
Hugz  Maria :)

  1. The quilt is gorgeous but that scissors keep is to die for! I just love your needlework Maria! I still treasure the snowman mug rug you sent me a few years ago with the red stitchery!
